Generally we discern yeasts (single-celled fungi), moulds (grows in filaments, and some species form white or green fluffy patches on bread and fruit), and mushrooms (or toadstools, that’s probably the type of fungus you are most familiar with). We also know only ~150,000 different species of fungi, but there is likely ~3 million out there, so still lots to discover.
