Hi Eva. At the moment I am trying to make molecules that help plants grow better when they don’t have enough water or it is not warm enough. We hope that this will allow farmers to grow more food more reliably.
In the past I have worked on antibiotics for treating bacterial diseases. This is one of the biggest issues in medicine at the moment and probably the place that molecules can be most helpful.
