Yes, there are plenty of things that aren’t very good for our general brain health.
Here are a few examples:
– Not getting enough exercise
– Not drinking enough water
– Not eating a balanced diety
– Not keeping our brain active
– Some drugs can negatively impact the brain too
A lot of my work is focuses upon what happens when blood sugar levels get either too high or too low. Both these situations can be bad for the brain. If you have ever missed your lunch or been really active and have not eaten enough you may start to feel a bit wobbly, this is your brain telling you that you need to get food.
