Hi Olivia, I have not had COVID (that I know of). I did get my first dose of the vaccine last week (team Pfizer!) and I had no side effects whatsoever 🙂

I had COVID back in March 2020. I was quite poorly for a few days but didn’t need to go to hospital. IT took me a while to recover.
One of the interesting things about COVID is how different people have different symptoms. Some people don’t even know they have it (we call these asymptomatic as they don’t have symptoms) whereas for other people sadly they become very unwell.

I haven’t had Covid but my son who’s 21 had it. Luckily he was only ill for a few days. I have had my first Covid vaccination (Astra Zeneca) and I had no side effects. I looking forward to my second jab next week!

      Hi Olivia,
As far as I know, I don’t think that I ever had Covid as I never had symptoms or had close contact with people who had it. Fortunately, I got my 2nd jab today (AstraZeneca), so should be protected going forward. After the 1st jab I had minor side-effects (fever and chills for a few hours the next day), hopefully the side-effects after the 2nd one will not be worse.

      Hello Olivia,

I actually believe I had Covid at the beginning of December 2019. I suffered some terrible symptoms such as a fever, body aches, and a dry cough which lasted many weeks. I am quite a healthy person so I was surprised by the long duration of my recovery. I have found it difficult to resume my previous jogging routine as I still occasionally cough. Hopefully, I’ll make a full recovery in time. Thanks for asking!

      Deborah
